The following are intended as general guidelines for the planning of a Troop 39 Eagle Scout Court of Honor. In having the Scout, and his family, take an active roll in the process it allows him to personalize the event and assume a leadership role. Please plan on at least a 3 month planning schedule. Although many of the following items are the responsibility of the new Eagle Scout and his family, the uniformed leaders and Troop Committee are available for guidance and as resources. If you have questions, please contact the Scoutmaster and/or the Troop Committee Chairperson.
