PERSONAL GEAR – EACH PERSON SHOULD BRING THESE ITEMS:

£ Ground-cloth (to put under tent)

£ Pocket knife

£ Bag lunch

£ "Mess kit" + utensils

£ Pad to sit on in canoe

£ Camp chair (folding) - optional

£ Hat

£ Strap to hold glasses on your head

£ Rain gear

£ Extra clothes

£ Shoes (1 pair for canoeing, 1 for camp/car)

£ Socks

£ Sleeping bag
£ Camping "mattress"

£ 2 quarts of water

£ Frame pack or duffel bag

£ "Bailing bucket" (1 gallon jug cut like a scoop)
£ Plastic bags (for garbage, to keep gear dry)

£ Toilet paper

£ Toiletries (tooth brush, soap, etc.
